#StarTrekDS9's "Past Prologue" features the first appearance of the Bajoran phaser pistol. It will be seen much better in later episodes but the weapon has a highly stylized and simplified version of the familiar Bajoran emblem on its sides. It consists of a red oval with an off-center golden circle inside.

#StarTrekDS9's "A Man Alone" is also the first episode in which we see the animated Bajoran interface (screensaver). This is the first appearance of the full Bajoran emblem. You can see that the white dot is moving around. This will also appear in several later episodes.

In #StarTrekDS9's "A Man Alone", we get a better look at the stylized and decorative Bajoran emblems on the temple entrance arch ⬆️ and we also see the rectangular illuminated Bajoran emblem right at the entrance ⬇️ for the first time. It will be seen much better in later episodes, though.

Currently re-watching DS9 Seasons 6 and 7 (this has always been my favorite part of the series).

Recently finished E605 "Favor the Bold" and E606 "Sacrifice of Angels". Amazing two-parter!

Captain Sisko: "There's an old saying: 'Fortune favors the bold.' Well - I guess we're about to find out"
