A rather beautiful stained glass window by John Clark creates in 1997 for the National Piping Centre in Glasgow. It's mounted below a cupula at the top of a staircase in the former Victorian church and shows Scottish folk dance in progress. The background is translucent, rather than blue, but here you can see the blue of the twilight sky above it.

Love this stained glass on Ross's Original Bar on Mitchell Street in Glasgow. It's housed in Gordon Chambers which was designed by Burnet, Boston and Carruthers, and was built in 1905. I presume this is also when the stained glass dates from.

A rather wonderful decorative window in Tennent's Bar on Byres Road in the West End of Glasgow. At least some of its panels were created by Stephen Adam, an influential glass designer and a pioneer of modern stained glass in Scotland. While his work can be found in a number of buildings around the city, this is one of the few that is still in the public realm.
