Runde 2 für unseren #Elfenbeinwurm, der sich diesmal einem Forschungs-Dilemma widmet: Denn wie erforscht man Medikamentenrisiken in der Schwangerschaft, ohne Schwangere zu gefährden? This happened to me when I had my Zoloft dosage increased.
First workday after the holiday break, and instead of sleeping, I'm lying awake at 4:30 in the morning.
A part of my brain is going through the schedule for the day, another is repeating to-do list items, one is going through yesterday's events looking for mistakes in my social interactions, and one is humming three chords of a song over and over. And one is sitting in a corner, glaring at the others, telling them to sleep already.
That's completely normal and everybody feels this way, right? Or is that an #actuallyautistic trait? A #depression or #ssri side-effect?
Can "normal" people just go back to sleep in those moments?
