William SmithI follow folks for a few reasons, mainly because I want to hear what they have to say.
There should be a #Mastodon term called #spurts — the boosting of numerous posts in a row in quick succession.
Seems like a handful of folks check their timelines, find pithy stuff someone else says and share without contributing much themselves. Or they boost their own earlier posts.
Happy to find Mastodon supports hiding boosts from accounts I choose and that #Metatext lets me do it directly from the app.
