One of my two other older woman gaming friends and I started playing Split Fiction this evening. She's been really busy so we haven't been able to game for a while and this isn't our usual game type.
But it's super fun! We're having a good time, lots of laughs. I love a platformer, and this one is unusual in that both protagonists are women.
I'm not sure how far into the game we are, I deliberately didn't read anything about it before diving in so it's completely new.
It's very creative in how it handles the story and the levels. My favorite so far was getting to be a pig that farts to fly.

Continuing to try to play #SplitFiction, and now firmly convinced that it is one of, if not the worst game made for the current generation of consoles. Also fairly sure all the dialogue is actually #AI / #LLM written; it has the feeling of just being the average of all quippy dialogue in all popculture.
I've not seen anything to convince me that it's meta-bad writing.
Hey, everyone! I'm going live soon to play Split Fiction with Zombie. It will be my first time playing.
If you ever look for a fun split-screen co-op game you can play sitting on the couch: Split Fiction
It feels like a mixture of Portal and Assassins Creed kind of games. And it is a nice mixture of action laden sci-fi themed sequences and adorable fantasy sequences. Also, in my opinion they just switch at the right moments.
