Some days I feel totally exhausted from beating my head against walls of institutional cowardice.

#Insomnia is a cruel and ironic bitch.

I've had the last week off work, and every night, except maybe the hottest one, I've slept soundly all the way through. Gone to bed early, woke up early without prompting. Refreshing.

I'm back at work today and last night I slept maybe two and a half, three, hours of broken sleep because insomnia decided to strike.

I am now just as exhausted as I was before I had my annual leave.

I am running on #coffee and #spite.
