Hallo meine lieben kleinen und großen Lebensformen,
ihr müßt mir jetzt helfen. Die Atlashörnchen dürfen auf Fuerteventura nicht gefüttert werden, das ist bei Strafe verboten. Aber da halten sich die Touris nicht dran, und die Einheimischen auch nicht, dazu sind die einfach zu süß und zu aufdringlich.
Ich aber schon, ich haben denen immer gesagt, bei mir gibt es kein Futter, nur Fame. Und wenn ich das Hörnchen jetzt wiedertreffe, dann möchte ich nicht sagen müssen, dass es keine Herzchen bekommen hat. Ihr versteht, oder?
Tiere sind Freunde und kein Essen oder eine Plage.
Bleibt gesund, glücklich und verliebt.
Der schlimmste Seelenschmerz ist das Fernweh.

you must help me now. You are not allowed to feed the Barbary ground squirrel on Fuerteventura, it is a punishable offence. But the tourists don't stick to it, and neither do the locals, they're just too cute and too pushy.
But I do, I've always told them that I don't give them food, only fame. And if I meet the squirrel again now, I don't want to have to say that it didn't get any hearts. You understand me, don't you?
