Again 2 days later feed the sourdough with 1.2DL water and 175gr mix of rye and weat flower. And mix till you have a firm dough. Hopefully it's lively enough in a day or 2 to make the first bread with this chef. #breadlife #sourdough_bread
After 2/3 days, add 0.75 dl water and 175gr rye flower and mix a few minutes till it becomes firm. Set aside for another 2/3 days. #breadlife #sourdough_bread making needs the most important ingredient: time!

Making of a new sourdough chef (ruining the old chef after 15 years of use):

85gr whole wheat rye
30gr rye flower
75gr water

Mix for a few minutes, put it in a bowl, cover and wait some days. #breadlife #sourdough_bread
