@eruwero @maybeanerd also every #FLOSS license accredited by #OSI doesn't discriminate towards users & use-cases.
- So unless you choose to do a non-FLOSS license and instead decide to do a "#SourceAvailable" #license that explicitly doesn't allow commercial use-cases (points at @creativecommons #CCBYNCND) you'd not be able to prevent companies from reusing or repackaging your #OpenSource code.
As for enforcement, I'm shure @landley gets a kilometer stare so instead I'd just recommend you to look for the video where @SexyCyborg tried to obtain the #sources for a #smartphone's firmware...
@landley @eruwero @maybeanerd but if your goal is to "commit asset-denial" against GAFAMs then shure, #AGPLv3 is a shure-fire method to have neither corporate users nor -sponsors…
- If you expect to be paid to maintain #FLOSS you need to find a company willing to do that, and they certainly won't do AGPL but either #openwashing with "#SourceAvailable" shit like #SSPL or choose #0BSD up to #GPLv2.
