Ogni anno, l’International Noise Awareness Day (INAD) ci ricorda quanto il rumore influenzi la nostra salute, il nostro benessere e persino la nostra capacità di concentrarci. Nel 2026 la ricorrenza torna con nuove iniziative globali e un’attenzione ancora più forte sull’impatto del rumore nelle città moderne. Giornata Internazionale della Consapevolezza sul Rumore

Cosa c’è di nuovo nel 2026

  • • Focus sul “rumore invisibile” Quest’anno INAD punta i riflettori non solo sui decibel, ma anche sulle forme di rumore meno percepite: vibrazioni, bassi continui, rumori digitali e notifiche costanti che influenzano il nostro sistema nervoso.
  • • Campagna “One Minute of Quiet” Lanciata in oltre 40 Paesi, invita cittadini, scuole e uffici a fermarsi per un minuto di silenzio sincronizzato. L’obiettivo è far percepire quanto il rumore sia diventato la nostra “normalità”.
  • • Nuovi dati OMS 2026 Secondo le stime aggiornate, l’esposizione prolungata al rumore urbano aumenta del 23% il rischio di disturbi del sonno e del 15% quello di stress cronico. Numeri che rendono la sensibilizzazione ancora più urgente.
  • • Città italiane più attive Milano, Bologna e Bari partecipano con laboratori, misurazioni sonore in tempo reale e percorsi “soundwalk” per scoprire come cambia la percezione del rumore nei diversi quartieri.
  • • Tecnologia e soluzioni smart Il 2026 vede crescere l’uso di sensori acustici intelligenti per monitorare il rumore urbano e creare mappe sonore più precise, utili per la pianificazione urbana e la tutela della salute.

INAD è una giornata simbolica che fa ripensare il nostro rapporto con il suono, a proteggere l’udito e a riscoprire il valore del silenzio come forma di benessere quotidiano.
