Heitz Cellars

Fall Color Napa Style.
Fall color comes to Napa late in the year. At least compared to my friends in the North. The colors here start changing typically towards the end of October and seem to peak early in November.
This is the entrance to Heitz Cellars. The palm line the driveway up to an evergreen all while being surrounded by grape vines.

We had the bar to ourselves from 4-5 p.m. When we left at 5:30 the place was packed with a mix of tourists and locals there for the special. 75% of the bar was filled. They also offer the burger specials in the outdoor lounge. I do not know if it is available to go. There is also a full bar menu available.

A solid, very filling burger and a strong cocktail. I could live without the fries or salad, but would go back to try the classic burger and have a well G&T for $20!! We cleaned our plates with the exception of the salad.
