Una busta paga più ricca, con aumenti da quasi 200 euro al mese che in realtà sono, complessivamente, ancora più alti fino a superare i 400 euro. Il rinnovo del contratto del comparto Istruzione e ricerca porterà un importante aumento di stipendio per gli insegnanti e il personale amministrativo delle scuole italiane.
La firma del rinnovo non è ancora arrivata, ma è attesa nei prossimi giorni. Un aumento in busta paga che riguarda 1,3 milioni di lavoratori, tra cui 850mila docenti. Per gli insegnanti parliamo di aumenti fino a 185 euro al mese. La firma potrebbe arrivare l’1 aprile, secondo il presidente dell’Aran, Antonio Naddeo, e riguarda il rinnovo contrattuale per la parte economica del triennio 2025-2027.
Docenti e personale Ata, quanto aumenta la busta paga
Gli aumenti costeranno, secondo quanto previsto dai bilanci statali, 1,1 miliardi nel 2025, poi 2,2 nel 206 e infine 3,3 miliardi dal 2027. L’incremento in busta paga per il triennio è del 5,4%. Questo vuol dire, mediamente, 143 euro lordi in più al mese per gli insegnanti e 104 euro medi in più per gli assistenti tecnico-amministrativo (personale Ata) per 13 mensilità.
Previsto anche l’adeguamento di altre voci per 12 mensilità, come retribuzione professionale del docente che dal 2027 dovrebbe valere dai 210 ai 328 euro.
Quanto guadagnano in più le singole categorie con il rinnovo del contratto della scuola
Vediamo, sulla base delle tabelle riportate nella bozza del rinnovo e citate dal Sole 24 Ore, a quanto ammontano gli aumenti per ogni categoria. Partiamo da un docente di scuola media: in questo caso l’aumento va da 119 a 176 euro, in base all’anzianità.
Per un professore laureato delle superiori l’aumento va da 119 a 185 euro. Per un collaboratore scolastico si va da 85 a 110 euro. Per un assistente amministrativo si va dai 95 ai 128 euro di aumento al mese.
Gli aumenti sono anche più alti se si considera la firma dei precedenti accordi, relativi ai due trienni che hanno preceduto quello attuale. In totale, sommando tutto, parliamo di oltre 400 euro in più per i docenti e di oltre 300 per il personale amministrativo.

Teachers and Ata personnel: how much does the pay slip increase?
The increases will cost, as planned by the state budgets, 1.1 billion in 2025, then 2.2 in 2026 and finally 3.3 billion from 2027. The increase in pay slips for the triennium is 5.4%. This means, on average, 143 euros gross more per month for teachers and 104 euros on average more for technical-administrative assistants (Ata personnel) for 13 months.
An adjustment of other items for 12 months is also foreseen, such as the professional salary of the teacher, which from 2027 should be worth between 210 and 328 euros.

Let's see, based on the tables in the renewal draft and cited by Sole 24 Ore, what the increases are for each category. Let's start with a middle school teacher: in this case, the increase ranges from 119 to 176 euros, depending on seniority.
For a university professor, the increase ranges from 119 to 185 euros. For a school assistant, it goes from 85 to 110 euros. For an administrative assistant, it goes from 95 to 128 euros per month in increase.
The increases are also higher if you consider the signing of previous agreements, relating to the two triennials that preceded the current one. In total, adding everything up, we are talking about over 400 euros more for teachers and over 300 for administrative staff.
