My solution to one string tree solar-repeateer for MeshCore. Solaros triangilum!
Three solar panels wired parallel - it doesn't matter which way sun is shining and this thing can recharge.

I'm at the Open Science Retreat (#OSR26UK) this week, at the #CentreForAlternativeTechnology in #Machynlleth this week - surrounded by experimental #solar arrays (incl. some cool ones from "history") and it has reminded me about my account on solarcene.community (a #SolarPowered #mastodon instance) - time to dust that off and have a play!

the installer came over to see where we can install the batteries. Australia's regulations mean there's requirements for minimum space away from other appliances/windows, so ultimately we decided to have it installed at the back end of the house.
Will cost me a bit extra because more cabling required but think it should be good.
So come Friday, we'll have a site visit to scope out where it'll get installed.
Started doing some research, went to solarchoice/solarquotes and got couple of quotes out. So finally signed a proposal to get 42kWh of batteries w/ a 10 kW Hybrid Inverter - both from FoxESS
the exact models are KH10 inverter & EQ4800-L9 for the battery.
Is it massively over-provisioned - probably for our current usage. But with the rebates reducing come May and not a huge jump in prices figured now is a good time to get it done.
