Le Conseil d'examen et de classification du cinéma et de la télévision (#MTRCB) a émis une ordonnance de suspension de deux semaines contre 2 programmes de Sonshine Media Network International (#SMNI), dont l'émission de Duterte, pour avoir diffusé des propos grossiers et des menaces de mort contre un député de l'opposition. L'épisode controversé de l'émission a été diffusé en octobre et est devenu la base d'1 plainte pénale contre Duterte, dont le mandat présidentiel a pris fin en juin 2022.
