Recently I've been thinking of a verse from the SMG4 song Creative Control:
"Patience is a virtue, good things comes to those who wait, proverbs said by utter fools I'll do whatever it takes!" and I think it's unintentionally a trans allegory and hear me out on this:

Since I'm on DIY HRT in the UK, the part about waiting could equate to being told by people about being forced to either hold off to even start to transition 'till later in life, or the unreasonable and adequated wait times and procedures to get Oestrogen/Testosterone via the NHS. With the part "proverbs said by utter fools" could be equated to people like me who has refused to be subjectigated by such injuatice and have gone down the DIY route and doing whatever it takes to be happy with the body you live in.

Or maybe I'm being too deep here and I'm talking out of my butt!
