Came across this little "Kindness Rocks" garden today and it completely made my afternoon. There’s something so uplifting about seeing a community come together for something as simple and colorful as this. Big shoutout to Girl Scout Troop 3321 for setting this up such a great reminder that even small gestures can really brighten someone's day.

Popped into the supermarket earlier and was just picking up 2 things. As I was paying with cash I went to the staffed checkout instead of self service. There was only 1 staffed checkout open with a bit of a queue. However the lady in front saw I only had 2 items and insisted I go before her. Was very much appreciated. #SmallActsOfKindness

I just got into the Hamburg Airport and was going to take the train into the city.
However, the ticket machine doesn’t take Apple Pay and wouldn’t accept either of my credit cards because they don’t have pins. I do have cash but it wouldn’t take anything larger than a €10 bill (even tho ticket 7,50)
So I get on the train and ask - in English - if anyone has change for a €20. Nobody does but a man asks if I just need a ticket. He buys my ticket 🫶😭

sorely disappointed that the #drug_of_choice hashtag links to an empty list (for me at least). I was really excited to see a bunch of posts where people are talking about everything from #caffeine to #gaming to #SmallActsofKindness and maybe even the common addictions to #power trips, judgemental #temper, and #sleeping pills. Also maybe #weed, #beer, and that one party drug ... you know, the ones that don't actually contain MDMA these days? I mean, just so many possibilities.
