Noxy 🐾🏳️🌈Sludge Life 2 is out!
I can't possibly explain this weird sludgy irreverent dreamy nutty game but everyone needs to check it out, as well as the original
Especially if you're into Doseone's music!
Sludge Life (1 and 2) do a really cool and unique thing with the soundtrack:
All the music comes from radios that are lying around the game world. Each one plays different music and you can only hear it within a relatively short distance.
What's more, there's a noticeable Doppler effect based on your movement around it - meaning, the music slows down or speeds up (pitch included) if you're moving towards or away from it. The result is a really dreamy, intoxicated sort of musical effect. It's REALLY neat and I don't remember seeing anything like that in a game before!
