#Slovaks continued to protest against Prime Minister #Fico's pro-#Russian policies

The wave of mass protests began after #Robert_Fico's trip to #Moscow for talks with #Putin.

But this time, the prime minister fueled protest sentiments with his statement that #Slovakia might consider leaving the #EU and #NATO.

"Shame, shame," chanted people on #Freedom_Square in #Bratislava and in more than 40 other cities in the country and abroad.

#Ukraine received 122 tons of ammunition, for which #Slovaks raised more than €4 million.

More than 70,000 #Slovaks donated to buy ammunition for the #Ukrainian military. It took about four to five months from the start of the fundraising to the delivery of the shells to #Ukraine.
