John LeachI made damson gin in 2023 and kind of forgot about it. I strained out the fruit after several months, but it sat in the jars until today.

Final strain today and bottled. 2.7 litres! It's really good ; perhaps a little sweet? I tried two different gins: a good mid-level ALDI gin and a very cheap Tesco gin. The better gin is worth it.
The jars will be straight back into service as we have more damsons and also trying sloe this year.
