I woke up very late today, for me anyway. My usual schedule is to let the dog out between 5:30 and 6:00am, then make some breakfast. Today I laid back down for a brief moment and woke up 3 hours later. So obviously a good day to share some statistics on Canadian sleep habits. Thankfully I'm not among the 30% of Canadians who suffer from insomnia.
