A pesar de tener un comienzo digno de la saga y de colocar el listón muy alto, la película va perdiendo fuelle poco a poco (era de esperar)
Eso si!! MAS GORE 🩸es el recurso fácil cuando las ideas flaquean.

Ghostface es como ese ex pesado que siempre vuelve: sabes que te va a contar la misma milonga, pero ahí estás tú, dándole otra oportunidad solo por el vicio.

2012's The Sleeper is one of those micro-budget movies you see floating around the online underground and convention scenes. This one goes for that scratchy film look of 70s horror films like Black Christmas and does a lot with it. Plus, Joe Bob Briggs has a small role in it.

Cannon Films got into the slasher business pretty much right away (of course they did) with 1980's New Year's Evil. This is a movie that is, in truth, very dumb, but dammit, it's watchable as hell.

Years before everyone got uppity over Silent Night Deadly Night, Christmas Evil already did the bit where a guy dresses up as Santa and going around doing very insane and murderous things. And it's better on a whole.
