My comeback of the year is Ceremony - the title track from #StrayKids Karma album.

Several months after its release, this song still gets my blood pumping every time I hear it.

I am endlessly tickled by their decision to include the Aussie "hip hip hooray" because #Changbin wanted some international flavour. And how much #BangChan seems to relish his delivery of the "hip hip"s.

(Stay tuned for the next skz release, which I expect to include the "aussie aussie aussie oi oi oi" call-and-response 😁)

I mean. I noticed it at the time. But just didn't add it to the hashtag.

It's #Seungmin's happy place, in the passenger seat with a hyung driving (yes I.N counts as a hyung for some reason because that's the skz dynamic). In the Ceremony MV, #LeeKnow is the driver.

Seungmin himself says, ""The concept is him driving with me in the passenger seat."

The man knows what he likes.

I've been so deep in the non-musical skz sauce for the past 18 months that I sometimes forget ...

I got into skz because their music is my favourite music.

(The rest of the obsession happened because I wanted to find out who was writing all these tracks that I loved. Because I wanted to find more music by the same writers and/or producers. (Had no idea that skz were also the writers and producers.))

Anyway NEW ALBUM HELL YES I LOVE IT.

Favourite track is probably Ceremony (Festival Version), closely followed by Ghost.

The Pants are from the same set of outfits that the rest of the members wore on Music Bank, and #Seungmin was the only one wearing an outfit different from his original concept.

(Edited to add: oh, Hyunjin's outfit is different too)

Does that mean he won't wear The Pants during the comeback performances? 😭😭

I guess The Pants were too powerful.

#Changbin is so so good in Ceremony. His focus cams are my faves from the 2 performances so far.
