This is a skeuomorphic GTK3 theme that follows your KDE Plasma color scheme, the same way that Breeze GTK theme adapts to it. So if you want to change its colors, you only need to change KDE Plasma's color scheme, nothing else.
A little present to all #macOS users that love #skeumorphic Applications and classic #music players.

i plan to clean up my little mod to the original modifications by zydeco (https://github.com/zydeco/audion). aaaand i also added experimental cog (https://github.com/losnoco/Cog) support but it lacks for example the current timestamp at the moment b/c of missing #AppleScript suite properties...
For the same reason that I like #skeumorphism, designing computer things to look and feel like real life things. Like the original iPhone interface, where the Notes app looked like a physical notepad, app backgrounds often looked like wood or paper, and page turns sounded like a turning page. I know some folks like the clean shiny look that they switched to after Jobs died, but I am not one of them.
IMO, #skeumorphic designs are relaxing to the eye. Organic, in a shiny online, tech world.
