Most applications end up with all sorts of UI whose sole purpose is to occupy the space where data should eventually appear. We're all spending a surprising amount of time solving the same problem, and none of it is really product work.

I'm working on a new fire #skeleton NPC. The party is tasked with destroying fire skeleton champions that are lieutenants for a lord of fire skeletons.

So far they've destroyed four, three of whom were archers (2 warriors, 1 fighter) and one was a necromancer.

The new one is a fire skeleton with the slayer class and a stealth focus. (These fire skelly champions can suppress their fire auras so he can sneak.)

Scorch (CR 3 ftr1) was not in charge of the fire #skeletons when they came back, as he was a lower ranked skeletal champion. This time, he was under the command of Lightshow (CR 4 war3) and Conflagration Master (CR 6 necromancer wiz7). Conflagration Master was having none of Scorch's politeness. He opened "negotiations" with a fireball on the gathered forces.

I was trying to thin the initiative order right at the start of battle, but the fireball only disabled two NPCs.

I just got home from my #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav game. Our scheduled session is 8 PM to 12 AM but we ran to about 2:30 AM because the party wanted to finish the multi-session Battle for Sen's Pass.

It concluded in Round 6. We played rounds 3 through 6 (four rounds) this session.

The allied coalition destroyed all the fire #skeletons and ash #wights, including the two skelly champions that tried to flee near the end of the battle.
