Haelus NovakWell my first #knitting project is going somewhere. Dunno where, and maybe not doing so elegantly... Realized I made it waaay wider than I bought yarn for in terms of length...
So I either need more yarn to make it longer, or gotta deal with stripes being vertical. I think that might be ugly... But I don't fancy buying even more #yarn for it. Ah well.
I'm trying to go with the flow for this one. Still have 3.2 #skeins left to #knit (2.2 more grey and 1 more red) and the knitting has gotten looser, so ah well. đ€·đž
The red looks much deeper/darker than the image I grabbed of it, as does the grey.
Hey #knitters! I'm here with another Q: I've seen those fancy and attractive #yarn ball holder wooden things. I see them in spheres. My #skeins or whatever are long-form, not spherical. Do you unravel the whole thing and then re-form it? Sounds like a lotta #work... I ask because as I pull on the yarn, the other end seems to stick out the end of my skein and twist around my working yarn. What a pain. đ„Ž
