When the weather starts getting colder, one of my go-to comfort foods is collards! I cook mine Southern-style, with a ham hock. I like to cook them at a gentle simmer. This one is right where I want it!

1. #Soup thickened with #porridge oats before bringing up to #simmer. That saved my #noodles with added #goodness.

2. Sugar-free Blackcurrant and fresh #lime. #Refreshing for us limeys. And I am #hydrated

3. #Cold enough to wear my dressing gown hoody? Well hell yeah! Cold enough to put the #heating on? Hello? No! I am a cold water alpine wer-lobster. Only autumn in #London. Might wear warmer clothes. And #shower with the window closed. 🦞
