Erich M.Last week's ORF TV news on a 2nd #Russki #SIGINT station in 1030 Vienna. 8 dishes, 2 of these a transmit/receive combination. Target sat between ~ 8° east and 5° west. The Nomen Nescio Club is currently investigating hi-res imagery. Results due next week.
