Meet Coquerel's sifaka (Propithecus coquereli). This primate inhabits deciduous forests in #Madagascar, where it lives in groups of up to 10 individuals. It’s mainly arboreal, with leaves making up the majority of its diet. Its teeth are specialized for grinding plant matter. Its name comes from the “shif-auk” sound it makes when moving through the treetops.
