Just as the golden hour arrived, I noticed on this gorgeous magnolia tree that Mother Nature marked her glowing start to the sunny evening.
Oleander (nerium oleander) is highly toxic, and ingesting its leaves or flowers can be fatal. Its sale has been officially banned in Spain since 2004, yet it is very common in parks and on the median strips of many highways. The ones in the photo are in a very fitting location: the Calpe Health Center in Alicante.
La adelfa (nerium oleander) es altamente tóxica y el consumo de hojas o flores puede ser mortal. En España está oficialmente prohibida su venta, desde 2004, y sin embargo es muy frecuente en parques y en la mediana de muchas autovías. Las de la foto estan en un sitio muy apropiados: el Centro de Salud de Calpe, Alicante.
