newb question but also I'm curious about the use of hashtags for academic meetings here on masto vs on twitter. I just searched #shot2022 for example and found nothing. Is that bc my instance doesn't have them or no one at all is using it? Or is it bc twitter is more appropriate for platforming/announcement/live stuff? #histstm #sts
