A #shoefie from the cinema tonight. There was once a time on a photo sharing site whose name shall not pass my lips (or fingertips, as the case may be) when I regularly shared photos of my footwear along with a quick review of the movie I'd seen. It's been a while and I didn't have a photo for today yet and it's my birthday tomorrow so I thought 'Why the fuck not?'

Pretty much all of my cute shoes are #Fluevogs and these are no exception. They even have names... These are Rosamunds and they make me smile. 🤍🖤🤍

I noticed after I took the photo and left the theatre that there was something wrong. If you're ocd like me, you'll probably notice it straight away. I need to admit here that it's making me fucking nuts and I almost didn't post the photo because of it. But I'm working on myself...

Today's "shoefie" to my BFF and my accompanying texts. Our topics of conversation today so far have been the Barbie movie, salt mines, gas fires, and caves -- which naturally also led to Star Trek bc we are big nerds.

I swear this is me au naturale. No caffeine. Just my weird brain awash in a mishmash of obscure cultural references that are usually only funny to me.

Me: I am so tired of pants manufacturers figuring that if you're stout about the tum, you must also be eight feet tall. I love the fabric of these pants but Jesus. I am not an Amazon.

Also also me: This is why "capri" pants are normal-length pants for me. I. AM. SHORT. AND. STOUT.

Me once more: Yes that is the front of my pants. Not the back! My shoes are hidden! The pants are voluminous!

BFF: The pants being that big and long is the style, you know!
