You'd think that anyone trying something as audacious as a prequel to #rosemarysbaby would have to have a belter of an idea up their sleeve but this is really just a rerun with the volume turned down. Good central performance but needed much more to justify its existence.

#31daysofhalloween day 2 takes us to space with Ridley's all-time classic #Alien. Some effects have aged better than others but the design remains unparalleled and there's an argument to be made that it introduces us to both cinemas most iconic monster and greatest final girl.
