🇫🇷 En 2011, la ville de Koblenz (RLP-DE) accueillait le "Bundesgartenschau", une grande exposition florale qui a lieu chaque année dans une ville différente. Une partie de l'exposition se tenait dans l'enceinte de la forteresse d'Ehrenbreitstein sur les hauteurs du Rhin. Pour y accéder, on pouvait emprunter le, alors, tout nouveau téléphérique avec ces cabines aux parois transparentes, ce qui a permis de faire cette photo sur le Rhin et la Moselle qui vient s'y jeter au lieu dit "Deutsches Eck".

🇬🇧 In 2011, the city of Koblenz (RLP-DE) hosted the "Bundesgartenschau", a major floral exhibition that takes place every year in a different city. Part of the exhibition was held within the walls of the Ehrenbreitstein fortress on the heights of the Rhine. To get there, you could take the brand new cable car with transparent walls, which made it possible for me to take this photo of the Rhine and the Moselle flowing into it at a place called "Deutsches Eck".

For #SchiffSamstag this is the full-rigged, sailing vessel Shabab Oman II, used as a training ship by the Royal Navy of Oman. She's pictured in Portsmouth Harbour last year here and to the left you can also see the aft of the world's oldest naval vessel still in commission, HMS Victory, built in the 18th century, undergoing restoration work.
