Assange has been forced to wait almost an ENTIRE YEAR, since #shamuary6 for this. A measley two-day exhibition of "#lawfare" on October 27.
However this time the proceedings occur without the journalist #CraigMurray to comment on them, because Mr Murray is now in prison under what we would describe as yet another example of #trumpedUpCharges.

Yes, a lot of thinkers will get around this confusion by saying "unfettered capitalism".
It allows one to blame capitalism to an extent, but acknowledges proper capitalism has protections.
Others say #neoliberalism, a term we think is terribly obtuse and should never be used unless speaking about its ills as a phrase in itself.
We say what we see, ie. corporatism, and increasing #corporateFascism (ie. fascism).
They are trying to use #shamuary6 to redefine fascism, of course.

When a progressive start talking about #shamuary6 like it was a real coup and fails to mention the things that really happened on that day, including what happened to Assange, that is when we realise they are fake #progressives.
