Turns out that Rocket League has a hard numerical cap on how many players you can block. Which means I'm now stuck not being able to actually block any more toxic players because I've been diligent about blocking toxic players. Absolute shambles.

(Measuring the GUI for the blocked players pane suggests you can only block ~540 players: pane shows 12 players, scrollbar is ~70px, gutter is ~430px, moving by one set of 12 players is 8px. Which probably makes it 512 players for the power-of-2 convenience?)
