ErcanbrackA weakness of the SFZ sampler format is that for normal humans, it is difficult to write the code required to do more than basic key mapping. Most SFZ files don’t include midi CC & modulation capabilities, because these are defined in the code
Solution: Use a synth or sampler plugin that doesn’t rely on SFZ for these things:
* TX16Wx
* TAL-Sampler
* Altitude
* Bliss
* Serum 2
* Falcon
* ….etc

5. The samplers of today are nothing like the samplers of years before. Largely, gone are the days of hardware samplers that can play chromatically & polyphonically using real multisamples that include seamless loop points, & cross fading. Samplers that can still do that are almost exclusively found in software plugins. I’ve found only a couple of exceptions.
Sf2 & SFZ are excellent choices!
