The SPC has highlighted the I-94 corridor from Alexandria to Eau Claire as an areas to be watched. They have a 60% chance of watch issuance for large hail (up to golf ball size) and potentially strong winds later in the afternoon/evening.

One of the #storms passing through the #Northland this evening may have wind gusts up to 60 mph.

It will be heading towards Kettle River and Sandstone by 7:30, putting it along I-35 by then as well.
