And here's a scan of a Jason Lane dry plate I developed yesterday! It's a low speed plate souped in 510-Pyro using the Defehr semi-stand agitation method. I now use Zone Imaging's 510 but on this one I decided to use my last home mixed one. That may have been the wrong idea :) It did turn out thin although it scanned quite well to the point I think it might do ok in the darkroom. Last time I tried 510 with plates it worked pretty well so it's worth giving it another shot. I think next time I'll just try to develop by inspection at 1:100. It's my favorite developer after all! Of note it's now in stock on our direct storefront! Zone Imaging 510 in particular. The good stuff!
Back to photo, if it looks familiar it's because I shot IR film on this same day too (and actually color though I still need to get that developed...). It was in late spring / early summer before the brutal Texas heat nearly turned this into a dry creekbed :(
