Strawberry White Chocolate Soda
12 oz can of plain seltzer water + ~1T of strawberry syrup and ~1T of white chocolate syrup. With a fresh strawberry on the edge of the cup, of course.
Finally got the motivation to put together my #kegerator (well, really, #keezer). I've owned one before that only ever held #homebrew, but this one has a special feature; quick disconnects that let me easily swap in a sixth barrel size commercial keg if I find a #beer or #cider I like that much, or for a party. Was VERY lucky to find a used chest freezer that works and can (just barely) fit three kegs and a CO2 cylinder inside.

I made a fancy drink.
3 cans seltzer + 1 Wyler's dragofruit pkg + 1 Wyler's kiwi lime.

½ peach
3 oz orange juice
½ oz lemon juice
1 oz coconut cream
¼ oz peach liqueur
2 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum ❷
1 oz seltzer
Blend // Open pour // Garnish: grated nutmeg, peach wedge
Ok, enough with the Negronis already!! How about a frosty, boozy fruit smoothie? If you aren't feeling so summery anymore then go wild with some bitters, or drop a spicy syrup in there like cinnamon or allspice. It will go great with the peach and coconut.

SANDÍA HIGHBALL
½ oz lime juice
¼ oz ginger syrup
1 oz watermelon juice
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Tequila blanco
float 1-2 oz seltzer
Garnish: mint sprig
Method: Combine all ingredients except seltzer into a shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain over a clear ice spear, add seltzer, and garnish.
Seen on IG anatomyofadrink channel. He took the Sandia recipe, created in 2016 by David Valdez at Simbal (Little Tokyo, Los Angeles; now closed), and turned it into a highball by adding soda water. I batched this up and took it to a garden party today — it was gone quickly!
