There is something so cozy about finishing my Black Friday week sale catalog by candlelight with the power out.
Mr. Sara is on his way with the satellite internet and a generator so we’ll be back on he grid soon… but there is something I love about the disconnectedness of typing away on my laptop with no internet and no hum of electricity in the walls.
Responsible Sara would stay home from our winter race round because I'm not strictly required for my team's operation, and I have lots to do here during annual planning season & book launch prep.
But Sara who's practicing paying attention to her own needs has decided to pack it all up and work from the road for the rest of this week so I can spend this weekend out in the desert doing racetrack things with my racetrack friends.
