My #SEID / #mecfs can make #cooking very challenging at times, and my wife is far too busy with work during weekdays, so when I can, I like to cook a large batch of #food on the weekends to last the whole week.
I recently made a large 15-quart pot of “Aguadito de Gallina,” (spicy #Peruvian hen stew with loads of pureed cilantro). It was so delicious that we looked forward to #lunch and #dinner all week and never got tired of it!
I’m craving some today, but it takes a full day to make properly.
