Finished week one of a new training block with a beautiful 20k. Most of the snow was gone, blue skies, and all the birds were out. Nine more weeks until another crack at 80k. Grateful to be grinding.

Happiness is a running buddy!

Pup is a keen runner. The second I start getting ready, she’s on me. The sadness when it’s too cold or too far for her (she’s still in single digit distances) would break your heart. She’s really good at locking into a pace and holding steady. She loves the “zoom, zoom” of intervals. So much fun!
