It's only just occurred to me how subtle are the difficulties of this random #SeedStitch. It has to look random, but humans are good at spotting patterns, we make patterns almost by accident. And on top of that, as I am often reminded - random processes clump, so something truly random might have patterns in it anyway!

There is a lot of this in my future. The #ViewOfTheExcavation needs more texture and more emphasis so as to hold up one end of the conversation with the #MapOfAmarna . Balancing the surface pattern with the picture is going to be tricky, I think.
