To summarize the main points, this is about my uncle. He has been married for 15 years and has four children: one boy and three girls. We are very close, especially since my father passed away when I was a teenager; my uncle stepped in and has treated me like his own son. That is why the current situation is so concerning to me.

OK, I thoroughly enjoyed last week's offerings. I thought that #TheAfricanQueen was much better than #Casablanca and #SecretsAndLies gave a satisfying gut punch. To round out the week I also re-watched the stellar #JudgementAtNuremberg
This week I shall be watching a psychological thriller from 1969, #LaPiscine starring Alain Delon and a satirical drama from 1957, #AFaceInTheCrowd starring Andy Griffith.
Last week I said that my year's resolution was to view "older/classic" movies, read books and listen to music that I had previously eschewed. So this past week I tried separating the man from the work, and it was hard, and I watched Woody Allen's #AnnieHall and #Manhattan. I also listened to my first opera, #RomeoEtJuliet.
