Matt HodgkinsonSean Carroll was kind in letting Annaka Harris present her ideas on consciousness, and gently querying them. I think he was too kind. I'm not sure if she's is a devil's advocate - she followed her weakest points with nervous laughter. She was particularly unconvincing in explaining the leap from split brain studies and neurological illusions to everything potentially being conscious. To me it removes meaning from "conscious".
