Today is #InternationalSealDay - So I may be sharing some of my favorite Seal pics taken over the last few years:

The last few summers Monterey has been host to a rather large collection of migratory Sea Lions, usually taking over the stretch of beaches between Fisherman's Warf and San Carlos Beach from late July to early September.

Unlike some of the other Seals that hang here, Seal Lions are not chill...

Might this be our two different species of sea lions? I read that Steller Sea Lions are larger and light-colored, and California Sea Lions are smaller and darker-colored. If you know sea lions, let me know what you think. 😄
