Have been thinking about updating or replacing my Intro posts. One of the things I've really developed an interest in since first intros is swimming, but not watching or participating in competitive pool swimming. Swimming in the sea both solo and group 🧜‍♀️ . So floating (heehee) a few sea and swim-related hashtags here and interested to hear from others who follow/use those hashtags if there are more I'm unaware of.

A very positive end to a Tuesday. Thoroughly enjoyable episode of #BakeOff and I went for a little solo sunset swim in Brews Bridge before that. And two loads of washing done in the day and mostly dry on the line 🌞 .

I am so unbelievably lucky that life has worked out in a way that means I 1) love to swim and was taught young 2) since last year live walking distance to a safe beach 3) joined a gang who swim weekly year round 4) took their advice and did a sea swim course. Swimming with the group has made me part of a community & built my confidence. I’ve just done 800m solo in Kilkee and feeling fantastic. Hoping to build on frequency & distance.
