I've been #rollerskating since late 2019, when I joined a skate fitness class. I spent a lot of time skating outdoors in 2020 and I improved a lot. It took 3 attempts for me to complete our beginner #rollerderby program because of COVID related interruptions.

Unfortunately I got a #concussion during a low contract #scrimmage and spent a year refereeing them instead. Recently I've been cleared for full contact training and I had the opportunity to ref a friendly game.

Next year I'm hoping to both play and ref games.
