Caught part of "The Mummy Returns" on cable. Most of the visual effects still hold up - except for the Scorpion King. That CGI doesn't work (I know it was 2001, but still...)

Basically the movie was on par with the first 2 for story but it felt like the actors were phoning it in and the CGI was about as bad as #TheScorpionKing which is why I think it didn't do so well 😬👀
