It's bad, but still watchable.
William PiiI came to #tenchimuyo in a peculiar way. I didn't come to the franchise through the OVA or #toonami. I first saw Tenchi Masaki and his friends through the #scifichannel when it aired Tenchi Muyo! in Love circa 1996-1997. As such, I didn't get much backstory.
